Important information about cancellations

This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel a booking arranged through United Travel Solution LLC and what you can expect when you do.

Cancellation and refund outcomes depend on the rules that apply to your specific booking. For refund information, please review our Refund Policy.

01

General Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to travel services booked through United Travel Solution LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including airline tickets, hotel reservations, cruises, vacation packages, tours, and other travel-related services.

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the travel service, fare or rate selected, Supplier rules, booking date, travel date, and applicable law.

The cancellation terms applicable to your specific booking will be disclosed during the booking process, in your booking confirmation, or in the applicable Supplier terms.

02

Supplier Cancellation Rules

All travel bookings are subject to the cancellation rules of the airline, hotel, cruise line, tour operator, car rental company, or other travel provider (“Supplier”) providing the service.

Supplier cancellation rules may include:

  • Free cancellation until a specified deadline.
  • Cancellation charges after the applicable deadline.
  • Non-cancellable or non-changeable booking conditions.
  • Deposit or booking penalties.
  • Increasing cancellation penalties as the travel date approaches.
  • No-show restrictions.

Where a Supplier imposes a cancellation restriction, such restriction will apply to the applicable booking to the extent permitted by applicable law.

03

Customer-Initiated Cancellation

Customers who wish to cancel a booking should contact United Travel Solution LLC as soon as possible using the contact information provided on the website or booking confirmation.

Cancellation requests should include the booking or confirmation number and the traveler’s name.

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically mean that the booking has been cancelled. A cancellation becomes effective only after it has been processed and confirmed through the applicable booking system or Supplier.

Customers are responsible for complying with the cancellation deadlines stated in their booking terms. For time-sensitive requests, contact us as early as possible.

04

Cancellation Deadlines

Cancellation deadlines are determined by the applicable booking terms and may be based on the local time of the Supplier, hotel, airline, cruise operator, or other travel provider.

If a cancellation request is received after the applicable deadline, the Supplier may apply the cancellation restrictions or penalties stated in the booking conditions.

Customers are encouraged to submit cancellation requests as early as possible to avoid missing applicable cancellation deadlines.

05

Airline Ticket Cancellation

Airline tickets are subject to the fare rules and conditions of the applicable airline.

For qualifying airline reservations made at least seven days before scheduled departure, applicable U.S. Department of Transportation requirements may provide for a 24-hour cancellation option without penalty or a 24-hour reservation hold, subject to the applicable federal requirements.

The federal 24-hour airline reservation requirement may not apply in the same manner to every reservation made through a travel agency or online travel agency. Customers should review the cancellation terms presented at the time of booking.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to waive or restrict any consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable U.S. law.

06

Hotel Cancellation

Hotel reservations are subject to the cancellation and no-show policies of the applicable hotel or accommodation provider.

Some hotel reservations may allow cancellation without penalty until a specified deadline, while other reservations may be non-cancellable or subject to cancellation charges.

The applicable hotel cancellation deadline and conditions will be provided during the booking process or in the booking confirmation where available.

07

Cruise, Tour and Vacation Package Cancellation

Cruises, tours, vacation packages, and other travel packages may have separate cancellation schedules established by the applicable Supplier.

Cancellation restrictions or penalties may increase as the departure date approaches.

Different components of a travel package may also have different cancellation conditions. Customers should review the specific cancellation terms associated with their booking before submitting a cancellation request.

08

No-Show Policy

If a customer does not appear for a scheduled travel service and does not cancel within the applicable cancellation period, the booking may be treated as a “No-Show.”

No-show consequences are determined by the applicable Supplier and may include cancellation of the reservation, loss of the booking, or cancellation of remaining services on an itinerary where permitted under the Supplier’s rules.

For airline itineraries, failure to use one flight segment may affect subsequent segments depending on the airline’s applicable conditions.

Customers should contact us before the scheduled departure time whenever possible if they are unable to travel.

09

Company Cancellation or Administrative Fees

Where clearly disclosed before purchase or cancellation, United Travel Solution LLC may charge applicable booking, administrative, cancellation, or service fees separately from cancellation charges imposed by the Supplier.

Any applicable Company fee will be disclosed in the applicable booking information, checkout process, confirmation, or other customer communication.

No fee will be charged where such fee is prohibited by applicable federal or state law.

10

Supplier Cancellation or Schedule Change

If an airline, hotel, cruise line, tour operator, or other Supplier cancels a service or makes a significant change to a booking, the available options will be determined by the applicable Supplier rules and applicable law.

For air transportation involving the United States, applicable U.S. Department of Transportation requirements may provide consumers with specific rights when a flight is cancelled or significantly changed.

Customers should contact us promptly after receiving notice of a Supplier cancellation or significant schedule change so that the applicable options can be explained.

11

Extraordinary Events

Travel services may be affected by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company or Supplier, including severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, airport closures, civil disturbances, strikes, security events, public health emergencies, or other extraordinary circumstances.

Cancellation rights arising from such circumstances will be determined by the applicable Supplier policies, booking terms, and applicable law.

The occurrence of an extraordinary event does not automatically guarantee cancellation without applicable Supplier restrictions.

12

Changes After Cancellation Request

If a customer submits a cancellation request and subsequently wishes to keep or modify the booking, the customer must contact us immediately.

Once a cancellation has been processed by the Supplier, the original booking may not be recoverable.

Any subsequent booking may be subject to current availability, pricing, and Supplier terms.

13

U.S. Law and Consumer Protection

This Cancellation Policy is intended to comply with applicable federal and state laws and regulations of the United States.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to waive, exclude, or limit any consumer right or legal protection that cannot lawfully be waived.

For airline travel involving the United States, applicable U.S. Department of Transportation requirements and other applicable federal or state laws may supersede any conflicting provision of this Policy where required by law.

Mandatory consumer protections and applicable legal requirements will control to the extent of any conflict with this Policy.

14

Policy Updates

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, Supplier requirements, business practices, or applicable law.

The cancellation terms presented and accepted at the time of booking will generally apply to that booking, subject to applicable law and mandatory regulatory requirements.
